Waiting for a parcel that is promised and has since been dispatched is very, very, very anticlimactic.

Try this (it worked for me with Amazon).
"Hi, this is getting beyond a joke now. I didn't want to have to do this but you have left me without choice. I'm a journalist for a fashion magazine (or whatever) and this experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I feel compelled to warn my readers against buying your products..." etc etc etc
This is absoultely horrible! What an absolute mess.
I am actually starting up a t-shirt website and one of my selling points is going to be fast, efficient, and reliable shipping. At first I didn't think people would really care. After all, plenty of sites make you wait 5-10 days before they even ship. But I've read enough complaints from people that make me think that folks might actually appreciate professional, on-time shipping and customer service.
